CLAIM YOUR COPYWRITE CONTENT

First, gather evidence: download samples of the stolen property, check archive.org for dates when it appeared (compare with yours), and check whois info and dates. Check also which country the perp is in.

Then write to the perp, pointing out the simple fact that he's using your stuff, and ask him to stop.

That may be enough, but will not be if he's making good cash, or he's in another country.

The next step is to write to his host, and request the site be removed. You'll need to send a sample or two of evidence, probably. Copy this to the perp, so he knows you mean business. If he is his own host, this won't work. But I've found that hosts are very co-operative, and do not usually want to be associated with thieves.

In many cases, they will remove the whole site, others just the disputed pages, others will ignore you.

Next is a request to Google and Yahoo! to remove the stolen pages from their index. This works, but it is complex, hard work, and includes faxing a 'penalty of perjury' affirmation - but it works.

Finally, there's the law. The law is crystal clear on copyright theft on virtually every country in the world, so long as you can establish ownership. But outside your own country, enforcing the law is expensive and/or impossible. And some countries (eg China) will happily censor every Western website - but will allow their own people to post stolen sites all over. Go figure!

If we Analyze PPC. This is Only the medium of approaching Visitors for instant. If PPC is better than SEO then why we are doing SEO if PPC is helpful to approach visitors instantly. There I have to clarify that PPC is the medium that we can approach Visitors for a limited period and this is not helpful on Ranking of search engine as Google already clear that statement in their PPC terms. PPC is one time visitor approaching process and so many times competitors click on ads on their competitive site and it turn to wastage of Money And that click not convert into query and Site Face a White HAT Scam. PPC also costly than Seo.

In other Hand , Seo includes Link Building , Article Submission, Press Real eases Etc Etc. that convert traffic to the website for a long time. Seo Also improve ranking on search Engines And that help Our website to generate more traffic from the Search Engine's. As we already Know that 70% of Website Traffic comes from Search Engines. Seo is also Cost effective process. that Surely provide return to the website Owner .

PageRank system comes from Google search engine. It is a numeric value that shows how valuable your page in the world of internet. It is also represent your valuable content that should be unique on the Web .Good PR also help your website to rank higher on the web. Page Rank Starts from 0 to 10. Highest PR given by Google is 10 and Lower PR is 0. There is confusion in some of SEO about N/A PR. that actually not a PR. That’s represent to Not Applicable. PR doesn’t Exist.

Some factor’s For Good PR

There are some factors affecting Pr on the web. Some of these are as Follows:

1. Domain Factor – Google consider Domain factor before going to give PR to the website. The older domain get good chance for good pr. Domain registered less than 1 yr get low PR. The fact behind is that so many spammer’s buy domain for spamming for 1yr and for generating high traffic on the web.
2. Content – you already know that Content is that king in Seo. This also apply on the PR process. The most unique content get good pr than other competitive site have. Please don’t make spelling errors and grammatically mistake while making content for the website.
3. Validation of the website – This is also the factor which is responsible for good PR for the website. So many Seo doesn’t know about this factor. Please remember this point that after making your make it validate. Like HTML VALIDATION and CSS VALIDATION . ( Don’t forget to find and correct Dead Links on the website )
